I’m Analise De La Roca, a former Division I pitcher who brought my passion for softball from Howard University—where I earned All‑MEAC honors, racked up 14 wins (including a no-hitter and key shutouts in the MEAC tournament), and helped lead the team to its first NCAA tournament appearance in 15 years—to New Mexico State, where I posted strong seasons and helped my team compete in postseason play. I was a force even before college, setting a CIF‑Los Angeles record with 408 strikeouts in a single season at Port of LA High and throwing multiple no-hitters and perfect games in high school. That early success set the stage for my journey through elite softball and led me to coaching—where I bring more than just technical skills to the field. Today, I coach with heart, focusing not just on mechanics but on players' mental and emotional growth.
